It’s true that average ratings often get dragged down because more people leave reviews in anger than in satisfaction. For me, ElmsPrice are 5*.
I didn’t use Darryl and John at ElmsPrice directly: they were acting for a seller further along the chain. However, when the whole thing looked like falling over (lawyer inertia), it was ElmsPrice that took my calls and emails, chased and cajoled the lawyers, other agents and clients, and helped get the transaction back on track. What was needed was some information flow and transparency: this is exactly what John and Darryl helped bring.
As I say, I didn’t use ElmsPrice for my sale, but I wouldn’t hesitate to in the future. Polite, professional, knowledgable, effective and - above all - nice people.
